These terms govern use of CiteraHub, an audit and change tool for websites. They are a draft and have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
CiteraHub reads a site you have proved you control, reports what it found, and proposes changes. It does not apply a change without an approval a person gave, and an approval is bound to the exact bytes of the plan it was given for. If the plan changes, the approval stops being valid.
You are responsible for the sites you add and for having the authority to change them. Ownership verification exists to check that you control a domain; it does not check that you are permitted by whoever employs you to change it.
CiteraHub does not guarantee a search ranking, an inclusion in any index, or a mention by any assistant. No product can, and one that promised it would be describing something it does not control. What it does is measure what is observable and propose changes whose effect is stated rather than implied.
Where a measurement could not be taken, the report says so rather than reporting a passing result. That distinction is deliberate and is not a defect.
You may stop using the service at any time. Applied changes remain in your repository, which is the point: they are your files, and CiteraHub holds no lever over them after the fact.
Liability, warranties, governing law and dispute resolution are not drafted here. A qualified reviewer must write them, and until then this document is not enforceable and nothing in it should be relied on.
