You may point CiteraHub only at a site you have proved you control. Ownership verification is not a formality: pointing an automated crawler at somebody else's site is their problem and your responsibility.
You may not use CiteraHub to publish a claim that is not true. The product refuses to fabricate an author, a rating, a review, an award, a credential or an organization identity, and where a value is missing an adapter refuses rather than emitting a placeholder. Working around that refusal by supplying a false value yourself is a use of the product this document prohibits.
You may not use CiteraHub to hide content from a search engine that is shown to a person, or to show a search engine content a person does not see. The product detects that divergence and reports it.
You may not use the remote MCP endpoint to act on an organization you were not granted access to, or attempt to present a token issued for another resource.
Enforcement, suspension and appeal are not drafted here. A qualified reviewer must write them.
